About	After her 1970 BHS graduation, Karen also gradulated from the Northern Institute of Cosmetology in Lorain. She owned and operated KB's Beauty Salon in Sheffield Lake from 1972 to 1986. She was active in local theater, where she had produced and directed several plays. Karen was a singer and performed for a time with a rock band. She loved people and animals and enjoyed crafts.
